8. Legal provisions

8.1. For the implementation and monitoring of the science and technology policy, sectoral policies, laws, rules and guidelines will be created and implemented as needed. 8.2. Necessary laws will be made to regulate other necessary provisions related to this and to protect intellectual property rights related to science and technology. 8.3. Associations related to science and technology must take the approval of the Ministry for registration in the relevant bodies. The necessary monitoring process will be organized by the Ministry.
